Demesee Tefera of Ethiopia and Tara Quinn-Smith of Canada were the overall male and female winners of the Subaru Buffalo Four-Mile Chase held in July. This was the 27th year for the Chase, which is Buffalo’s premier distance event and is considered a major road race. Open to runners of all ages and experience, the event also features the Subaru Do the Dash for kids between 5 and 13 years of age.

Co-sponsored by the Northtown and West Herr Subaru dealerships, the event contributes proceeds to the Police Athletic League of Buffalo, New York.
